Preparing God's People, Sharing God's Love

As a local mission church in the heart of San Antonio, our call at Juntos Christian Community is as clear as the words of John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

We are here to prepare God's people. We do so through worship services, Bible study and small groups that help our members grow in the fundamentals of faith, as well as through basic services that help our members meet the fundamental needs of life.

As we teach from the Word of God, we also seek to put that Word into action -- in other words, to share God's love. We do so through a variety of local ministries, including operating a food pantry and clothing closet as well as extending financial assistance.

As people learn and grow, we encourage them to serve and give, thus continuing the vision into other areas of our community.

Food Pantry

We believe that people have to have food in their stomach before they can hear about the Bread of Life. To that end, we operate a food pantry weekdays from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The Clothing Closet at Juntos Christian Community is a way to provide comfort to those in need by providing basic clothing. Additionally, one section of the closet is devoted to nicer clothing for people who have scheduled job interviews.
